This SMS Messaging Policy describes how PalmReach Digital LLC, operating as BuildGen ("BuildGen," "we," "us," or "our"), sends text messages to users, what types of messages we send, how you can opt in and out, and your rights regarding SMS communications. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from BuildGen, you agree to the terms below.
BuildGen operates an SMS messaging program for prospective and existing customers, partners, and users who have voluntarily provided their phone number and opted in to receive text messages. Messages are sent from phone numbers operated by BuildGen and may include both transactional and promotional communications.
Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive any of the following types of messages from BuildGen: appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates and notifications, follow-up communication related to inquiries you have submitted, customer support responses, estimate and proposal follow-ups, payment reminders and invoice notifications, review and feedback requests, and promotional offers, service announcements, and marketing messages (only if you have separately consented to marketing messages).
Transactional messages and marketing messages require separate consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from BuildGen by submitting a contact form on a BuildGen-operated website (including https://buildgen.co) and selecting the corresponding SMS consent checkbox, by providing your phone number during a verbal communication and confirming your consent, or by initiating a text message conversation with a BuildGen phone number.
Each opt-in checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default and clearly identifies the type of messages you are consenting to receive.
Message frequency varies based on the type of consent you have provided and your interactions with BuildGen. You may receive several messages per week related to active inquiries, appointments, or services, and occasional messages between active engagements.
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive from BuildGen, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BuildGen is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS messaging.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BuildGen at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive any further messages.
You may opt out of marketing messages independently from transactional messages by replying STOP in response to a marketing message. To opt out of all SMS communications from BuildGen, reply STOP to any message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BuildGen does not guarantee the delivery of any SMS message.

SMS information may be shared only with vendors and service providers who help us operate our messaging services, customer support, or business systems.
